Scada Trend

TREND

This is graphical representation of our inputs and outputs. The flow of control system gives us perfect analysis of our working process.
 For a good programmer every system should have trend so they can control and improve its control system.

At first

Make a slider with any tag name “ D” on your blank page-->Go to library-->select TREND-->Copy all-->Paste on blank page-->Click four to five times on Trend graph

Now you can see two configuration

  1. Trend Configuration
  2. Pen Configuration

Trend configuration

You should fill many blocks so fill it as shown below

Time axis

.) Scale
) Grid Digits ( 4 (. ) )
Time range
60 sec
Start time
Newest
Division
Control
Major 3
Minor 2
Rate
(1) sec
Control tag ( Trend)
(.) Scale, (.) Data, Time (.), Grid(.)

Data source

(. ) Real time
( ) Historical
( ) Oldest file
( ) newest file
( ) Choose file

Legend

(. )  Show legend

In this operation we take the operation time that calculated in interval is time range and it is 60 sec. Starting from Newest deletes previous graph from trend. The graphical division shows on page is 3 major axis and 2 minor axes. All Functions like Scale, Data Time, Grid are on (Click on it). Grid digits should be any but we take 4.

Data source is from which you want to operate.
We take real time means instant output result comes on graph.
PEN CONFIGURATION

In this process we take its animation on graph like shown below

Tag or Value--> Delete previous-->Take slider tag “D”-->change colour-->Line interpolation (Automatic)-->

(.) Use tag’s min/max-->
(.) Include in Legend-->

OK.

Here we finished our Trend configuration and pen configuration.

 Now the final process of trend is as shown below

Go to Data log-->Data log set up-->Go to tag’s model-->Add your slider tag name “D”--> Save the file “ RAMU”--> ok

Now go to project-->Run mode-->Data log(RAMU)-->Start.

Go to Display-->Click 4-5 time on graph-->change trend configuration data source-->Model-->Select RAMU-->ok.

Run the program and you can see the change in graph as change in slider value. This is Input trend so we can take it for output or for other desired device in our control system.
